In February, you may not want to sit outside, but in the warmer months, they have a great outdoor patio with lots of tables for individual diners or groups. The coffee and baked goods at Northside Social are among the best in the area and the vibe is cozy and inviting. Stop by early on a weekend morning to avoid the crowds or plan to grab wine in the early evening to kick off your date night. 

Ambar 

For a more traditional date night, Ambar is the perfect spot in Clarendon for a nice night out. The food is delicious (mostly small plates, with a popular all-you-can-eat menu for those with large appetites) and the drinks are top notch. Most notably, this spot has a more romantic vibe than many of the other restaurants in the neighborhood. Branch out with the chef’s more exotic Balkan dishes and enjoy the company of your beau for an evening out!
